About the Project

Through the Viksit Bharat Guarantee for Rozgar and Aajeevika Mission (MGNREGS), rural households are guaranteed 125 days of employment in a financial year.

⚙️ Various Services

• Employment Guarantee: Increased the guaranteed employment for rural households from 100 days to 125 days per year.
• Enhanced Wages: The minimum daily wage has been raised to Rs. 401. Wages are provided directly through bank accounts (DBT).
• Consideration for Agriculture: A mandatory 60-day break is provided for sowing and harvesting activities.
• Use of Technology: Biometric systems, GPS, and Artificial Intelligence (AI) are utilized for attendance recording and monitoring.
• Infrastructure Development: Includes water security, livelihood-related infrastructure, and special works to combat climate change.
